Shipping and Return
Please note : due to COVID-19 shipping delays will occur.
All orders are shipping from Northern California within 1-3 business days via USPS.
You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped out.
CATISS is happy to assist you. Cancellations will be considered only if the package has not been shipped. You can track the status of the order online.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please send photo proof of the visual damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns & Refund
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below criteria :
- All items must be in the same condition (brand new), unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is a must.
We do not offer free returns at this time. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shopping costs from the original order will not be refunded. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once a return is received, It may take up to 5 days for us to inspect and process your item(s). Credits will be applied to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to process a return :
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the "Contact Us" form to request a return. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- We will email you the return address.
- Ship your return.
- After we receive the package and have inspected the item(s), your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
